The picture of your board does look like the pandora's treasure 3d etc type boards.
Those boards to my knowledge use a s912 processor, where our heroes boards use the h2+ or h3 processor.
I wonder if yours is the heroes manufacturers version of the 3d boards. The file structure ...

You just use a male to male USB cord and plug your board into itself
already tried doesn t work with retropie image but I m planning to make more test installing some alternative controller drivers on retropie setup

I ran from command line cat /proc/partitions and can see "mmcblk1"
Potential issue is there are several variants as shown here...

Hi,
When I do this, under devices I see File System - which looks like the contents of the sd card. Under places I see pi desktop trash, under Network I see browse network.
I do not see anything that looks like it would be my emmc.
where did you see your emmc?

Weird that your joysticks do not work. I shared the image dump with someone else who has the same board, there board is branded as a Pandora's box 6 with 2020 games , with no SD card, and he said my image dump worked for him and his controls worked.
Sorry I meant to say the game names were encoded ...

I was able to boot your dump in my system, the main problem is that it does not recognize the two integrated joystick controller... just trying to find a way to get them work..if possible!

ps. I see you asked around for 1388in1 dump,I suppose that 1760in1 image will be a good alternative,too.

forgot to mension the easiest way is to boot retrorangepi pc plus from sdcard ,at Ropi menu press F4 to exit on command shell , than launch armbian gui with startx command than click on file manager to see your emmc content
