COME PROGRAMMARE TASTI I-PAC 4

Ciao 
Ho acquistato un I-PAC 4 E e ho installato il software WinIPAC v.1.3.6.
Devo programmare alcuni tasti dell’ I-PAC 4, ma le modifiche non vengono salvate. Ecco come procedo:
Collego l’I-PAC 4 al pc con il cavo USB fornito e nell’ ingresso pass-through dell’ I-PAC 4 collego una tastiera PS/2.
Apro il notepad premo i tasti press CTRL-ALT-P e visualizzo in seguente testo:
*** i'pac interactive programming and test mode ***
t for button test mode
l to list current config
e to save and exit
a to abort
or press switch you want to program
Per esempio: voglio assegnare all’ingresso 3 sw 6 (a cui corrisponde al tasto f6) il tasto esc. Premo il pulsante collegato all’ingresso 3 sw 6 e il tasto esc. Successivamente premo il tasto E come conferma per salvare le modifiche. Questo è il seguente testo che visualizzo:
*** i'pac interactive programming and test mode ***
t for button test mode
l to list current config
e to save and exit
a to abort
or press switch you want to program
3 sw 6 press keyboard key to set.. done
press next switch or e to exit
exiting...codes saved.
Successivamente chiudo il notepad senza salvare. A questo punto le modifiche dovrebbero essere apportate, ma quando apro il programma WinIPAC da panel view e table view il tasto f6 non e stato cambiato in esc.
Ho provato a programmare anche altri tasti ma senza riuscirci.
Cosa sbaglio? Come devo procedere?
