New command line options used to enable modeline generation

-soundsync Enable soundsync hack (-nosoundsync to disable)

0141u3_groovymame.diff
- Puts logic from SwitchRes into Mame for Linux/Windows
- Creates modelines on the fly and enables them for the game
- Linux support needs a newer kernel and X Server, try Groovy Arcade Linux
- Windows support needs ATI Radeon HD4xxx and before cards, XP 32/64 bit
A program like VMMaker/Soft15khz to setup custom modelines to use.
Best with a patched ATI Driver for more than 120 modelines, and a
predefined modeline table to work off of.
- Includes functionality for cabmame but completely rewritten to improve
switchres ability.
