ho buttato giuù lo scheletro della cosa, se mi aiutate a compilare le informazioni mancanti rispondendo qui, le aggiungo nel primo post!

L'idea è ottima, però non vorrei che venisse fatta confusione tra i vari software: i CRT_EmuDriver e soft15Khz sono programmi per forzare l'uscita video a 15KHz, ma (ad esempio) switchres e groovymame no.
Non vorrei che gli utenti alle prime armi installassero groovymame, sperando di ottenere un segnale a 15KHz .

Inoltre potresti aggiungere le patch per forzare l'uscita video a 15KHz su kernel linux:

be i programmi sono vari, il campo "descrizione funzionalità" serve proprio a questo (per esempio il software Display Changer serve semplicemente a forzare una certa risoluzione al lancio di un software e quindi non è specifico del mondo 15khz)
