attendo fiduciosoHello Andy,
I’m Denis from Italy. The J-Pac I bought doesn’t work so that I’m asking you the change. When I inserted the J-Pac into Jamma interface, it worked only joystick but not buttons. I tried to program the J-Pac both with WinIpac and DOS method without solution.
By using a tester (connecting J-Pac into Jamma interface) I verified that some “parts” of the plug-in connection are damaged: nos. 23 and 24.
23 -->; Player 2 Button 2 the voltage is 3 instead 5
24 -->; Player 2 Button 3 the voltage is 0 instead 5.
Pressing Player 2 Button 2 self test led remain switched on.
Finally, to demostrate the J-Pac isn’t working, by using an original PCB into cabinet, all buttons are working correctly (all voltages are 5 volt).
Awaiting for your kind reply I thank you very much for your attention.
Best Regards,
Denis
Attendo fiduciosoThat's the newer board which you have.
I will send the chip.
Andy
