Il proprietario del marchio nuvolashop.com ci ha chiesto di eliminare il contenuto di questo thread entro 24h per i seguenti motivi,
pertanto verrà spostato in zona privata, in attesa di analisi più attenta, tutta la documentazione è stata consegnata ad un legale, ritenendo che il contenuto sia espressione di commenti degli utenti che hanno espresso la loro opinione personale (negativa), non ledendo altri diritti, nè usando linguaggio che leda il buon costume, così come tutelato dall'articolo 19 del trattato internazionale dei diritti umani, e men che meno il thread contiene materiale coperto da copyright come dichiarato nella richiesta che trovate in calce, senza peraltro indicarlo esplicitamente.

Rimaniamo in attesa del giudizio del legale e della linea da seguire, anche alla luce del fatto che il DMCA citato nella richiesta NON è una legge valida in EU, bensì l'ACTA, che regola gli stessi aspetti con conseguenze più severe.

Certi della buona fede dello Studio Moderna Storitve d.o.o. di non voler infrangere l'articolo 19 del trattato dei diritti umani, nell'interesse della protezione del marchio, alleghiamo la richiesta ricevuta e provvediamo alla rimozione del contenuto:

material on your network or system that infringes the exclusive
nuvolashop.com copyright rights of [STUDIO MODERNA S.A.] ("Company").

notification of claimed infringement. We hereby affirm that the undersigned
is authorized to act on behalf of Company whose exclusive copyright rights
we believe to be infringed as described herein.

We have a good faith belief that the Internet site found at the
following http://www.arcadeitalia.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=9824 infringes the
rights of the Company by using the copyrighted material of the Company
("Infringing Material").

The Company represents that it has not authorized your customer to use the
Infringing Material. Based upon information at our disposal at the time of
writing this email, we believe that the statements in this notice are
accurate and correctly describe the infringing nature and status of the
Infringing Material.

Accordingly, we hereby demand that you, the ISP, immediately remove or
disable access to the Infringing Material at the http://www.arcadeitalia.net
identified above. As you may know, if the Infringing Materials not removed
after receipt of infringement notice that complies with the DMCA, the
Internet Service Provider may also be held liable for the copyright
infringement. Should you have questions, please contact us by replying
to this email.
