Arcade Machine Monitor Timer

vedo che il mondo arcade sta prendendo sempre più piede, e sempre più persone inventano creano cose che bene o male potrebbero essere utili.

secondo me potrebbe essere utile sul raspberry se ancora non sono riusciti ad oscurare il caricamento.

The Arcade Monitor Timer has been designed so it will recognise when the computer is on, and it will apply a delay (adjustable) for the monitor to come on. That way you don't see anything on the screen whether its relating to the manufacturer of the computer used (dell, Compaq, acer, etc), or the OS loading (windows XP, 7, vista, raspberry pi). With this device you can turn the arcade on and the first thing you will see on the monitor will be your front end or your favourite game : pac man, galaga, donkey kong, etc...

Another good thing about the Arcade Monitor Timer is that whenever you turn off the computer inside the arcade, the monitor will shut down automatically, so you don't have to see the annoying "no signal" message.

No need to install any drivers, all you need to do is plug it in to any USB port that has no power when the computer is off. You can add this to any arcade machine with an IEC (kettle) connection on the monitor. It takes less than 5 minutes to install. ( depending on how easy it is to access the back of the monitor inside the arcade)

All you need to do is time how long from when you turn the computer on, till whenever you want the monitor to turn on. Then adjust the knob accordingly and connect as described on the diagram.

In effetti sembra comodo e semplice da usare, però più di 30 euro mi sembra una cifra un po' altina.
